Refund Policy
Digital product purchases
Because MC BUTTER products are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final once download access has been provided. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases after the files have been accessed or downloaded. Please review the product description and included contents before ordering.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds or other remedies may still be provided where the product is defective, materially different from its description, not delivered, or where required by applicable law. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds in accordance with its policies.
When we will help
Contact us promptly if you were charged more than once, received the wrong product, did not receive access, or the supplied files are materially corrupted or different from the product description. We will first try to restore access, replace the affected files, or correct the order. If the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, we may approve a full or partial refund.
How to request support
Use the website contact option and provide your order number, purchase email, product name, and a brief description of the problem. Never send complete card information.
After a full refund
Future download access for the refunded order will be disabled. Files already downloaded cannot be removed remotely and remain subject to the personal-use license and redistribution restrictions.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. The refund may take up to 10 days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
